A Man Woman Relationship
by siew nikolopoulos - Friday, 28 December 2007, 04:29 PM
Anyone in the world

By C. Hopkins There are two main ways in which we communicate with others in a man woman relationship: non-verbal man woman relationship communication and vocal/verbal man woman relationship communication. You probably already know a little about the non-verbal side of the man woman relationship, such as the types of body language that silently signal someones nervous, excited or angry. But how about the more obvious but actually less frequently discussed man woman relationship topic of verbal communication: how what we say and how we say it impacts on our lives and goals? Thats the man woman relationship subject were going to look at today. Except were going to a get a little more specific and delve into how a guy can make easy, fun conversation with a woman, that helps lead to attraction and sexual chemistry between the two of you in a man woman relationship. Lets first get a grasp on a few pieces of background man woman relationship information. First off, for a man woman relationship, how do most men make conversation with a woman theyre attracted to? What do they do right, wrong or completely miss out from their talks with the opposite sex? The best way to answer these man woman relationship questions is simply to identify the mistakes the majority of men out there make things every guy, for whatever reason, chooses to do when talking to a girl, that hinder rather than help his chances of hooking up with her. Man Woman Relationship Mistake #1: ASKING TOO MANY QUESTIONS. Lots of men worry that when they start talking to a girl, she wont say much back. This outcome, standing there suffering an awkward, embarrassing silence is so much of a concern that they ask the girl question after question to avoid it. The reason they bombard her with questions is because they think that the best way of getting and keeping the girl talking is by giving her more and more opportunities to say something, no matter what the topic happens to be. Unfortunately in a man woman relationship, doing this sends out a very negative message. It actually shows that youre nervous and would prefer her to do most of the talking, which often turns the woman off completely. Man Woman Relationship Mistake #2: NEVER SHUTTING UP. This is the opposite man woman relationship scenario to the one above, but happens for the same reason. Some men in the beginning of a man woman relationship scared that the girl theyre talking to will up and leave any second, choose to talk endlessly in an effort to keep their attention. Again in a man woman relationship, this is immediately obvious as a sign of social inexperience and nervousness. Man Woman Relationship Mistake #3: BORING HER TO DEATH. In the beginning of a man woman relationship, its not easy talking to a girl whos beautiful, sexy and usually practically unattainable. So when a guy gets chatting to a girl he really likes, whos hot and confident, he doesnt want to mess it up after all, it might not happen again for ages! So, in an attempt to limit the chance of saying something that might ruin the interaction and thus his chances with her, he subconsciously restricts the topics of conversation he brings up. He talks about work, the weather, sports, current affairs, perhaps bombards her with a few questions on those subjectsand generally doesnt push the boat out much. This is the worst scenario in a man woman relationship. Wedding Planning Checklist - 6 to 12 Months Before Your Wedding
by siew nikolopoulos - Thursday, 27 December 2007, 04:15 PM
Anyone in the world

By Hilary Basile Your wedding day will be here in 6 to 12 months! Now is the time to take care of the big items, such as determining your exact wedding date, securing the wedding reception location, shopping for your wedding dress and selecting your wedding invitations. Following is a suggested timetable for planning your wedding.
Wedding Planning: 6 to 12 Months Before Your Wedding
Select a wedding date and time. This may need to be done in conjunction with selecting and reserving the ceremony and reception sites.
Decide how the wedding will be financed. If parents are helping to pay for it, find out how they want to deal with this. It may be helpful to do some research about wedding costs in your area before attempting to come up with a budget.
Consider hiring a wedding coordinator.
Make arrangements with the officiator.
Select your wedding dress, veil, shoes and accessories. Allow time for alterations and fittings.
Choose the bridesmaids, groomsmen, ushers, and honored roles.
Decide on a florist, photographer, videographer, caterer and D.J. or entertainment and meet with them to discuss budgets and options.
Discuss the guest list with fianc and families.
Contact a rental coordinator for equipment reservations.
Discuss the honeymoon and reservations. Apply for passports, if needed. Make airline and hotel reservations for the honeymoon.
Arrange for time off work, if necessary.
Envision the theme and tone of your wedding - formal or casual, day or evening, religious or secular, etc.
Make arrangements for music at your ceremony and reception.
Select and order bridesmaids' dresses, or arrange for a seamstress to make them.
Start working on guest lists. Typically, there are four - the bride's family's list, the groom's family's list, the bride's list and the groom's list. Then finalize the wedding guest list.
Shop for and order wedding invitations, calligraphy, announcements and thank you notes.
Shop for and order wedding favors.
Draw a time line for the wedding reception. Share and discuss the reception timeline all parties involved.
Select and order your wedding cake.
Contact your photographer to set up a time for the bridal portrait.
Look into wedding insurance and decide if it's a good option for you.
Order your wedding rings.
Use this checklist as a guideline for planning your wedding. Obviously, the timing depends on your personal priorities and what you feel needs to be accomplished. The South Beach Diet
by siew nikolopoulos - Tuesday, 25 December 2007, 01:53 PM
Anyone in the world

By Luke Sanger The South Beach diet was developed by Arthur Agatston who was a Florida native that practiced cardiology in Miami. The main objective of this diet in his views was to consume good fats and also good carbs. He performed studies on his clients and through the information he gathered from these studies he was able to create this diet to help them achieve proper and healthy weight loss. Once he saw some great results he published a book about the diet entitled, South Beach Diet. Although a lot of people think that this diet is very similar to the Atkins Diet, there are huge differences between the two diets. Dr. Agatston had a theory that eating bad carbohydrates, meaning foods that have a high glycemic index. Foods that have a high glycemic index are foods that effect a given persons blood glucose levels in an abnormal way. Once a person has eaten a bad carb food, their glucose levels will be adversely affected, making their body not be able to process the sugar and fat in the food properly, thus adding to weight-gain. There is also an adverse effect on a persons body by eating bad fat foods and this effect would be that a person has a higher chance of developing cardiovascular disease. So, in order to cut down on these two non-healthy occurrences in a persons body Dr. Agatston tried to encourage his patients to eat foods that contained good fat and good carbs.
Comparatively to many diets, the South Beach Diet is broken down into phases, so that a persons body can adjust to a different type of eating habit, which will eventually help the body begin to lose weight. In all of the phases a person will basically cut out all bad fats. In the first phase, Dr Agatston advises that people should take away all foods that are high in glucose, or high-glycemic carbs, and these foods are bread, candy, sugar, potatoes, fruit, cereals, and grains. Much like the Atkins Diet, a persons body will begin to burn body fat instead of excess glucose found in all of these foods. The dieter will find that they might lose between 9 13 pounds in the first phase which should last about 2 weeks. Once the 2 weeks are finished, the Dieter should begin Phase II. Fruits, cereals, and whole grains are slowly added back into the diet, but in much smaller portions than before the diet began. A person should still be careful not to eat foods with a high glycemic index, which means any foods that have high sugar content. Phase II should last until the person reaches their desired weight loss that they wanted. Once this happens, then they can transition into Phase III. Once in Phase III the diet will begin to add more servings of whole grains and fruit into the diet, but only three servings each. Ok, now that the dieter has begun Phase III, it is important to explain how this diet will help them keep the weight off and make sure that they eat healthy from now on. What makes the South Beach Diet so great is that it helps distinguish between good and bad fats, and good and bad carbohydrates. Good carbohydrates: They always should be high in fiber, or high in good fats, but still low in glycemic index. This all means that they are absorbed and digested slowly into the body. Another difference between good and bad carbs are those with a higher nutritional value than their alternative. Just one suggestion would be eating brown rice rather than white rice. Good fats: are monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats especially those foods that contain omega-3 fatty acids. Trans fats and Saturated fats are what are considered to be bad fats. What are all of these huge words that are hard to read? Well, here is a quick explanation. Basically monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats are fats that have a double bond in their molecular structure making them slower to break down in the digestion process of a persons stomach.
Like many other diets, the South Beach Diet makes it almost necessary to change eating habits for a lifetime. This will almost guarantee that weight lost during the beginning stages of the diet will stay off, and overall a persons health will be better due to eating better foods. Basically, stay away from trans fats and saturated fats all together, eat fish which contains omega-3 fatty acids, and eat large amounts of vegetables. Do not eat foods that are overly refined and processed, and meats with a high fat content. Dr. Agatston suggests that you should always eat until satisfied, that its not how much you eat but the quality of foods that you eat. He recommends eating 6 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and smaller snacks in between. A 2004 study of the South Beach Diet by Agatston, et al., reviewed a 1998-1999 trial completed by 54 participants over the course of a year. A 2005 study of the South Beach Diet conducted by Kraft Foods was completed by 69 subjects over the course of just less than three months. Both studies showed favorable results for the groups using The South Beach diet. Luke Sanger has started a series of blogs that are focused on helping people in areas of fitness and dieting. Parents - Don't Believe Your Kids When They Say - "I Want My Own Bedroom!"
by siew nikolopoulos - Monday, 24 December 2007, 05:09 PM
Anyone in the world

By Shauna Haehl Our kids biggest complaint while growing up was that they had to share a bedroom. Since we have two boys and two girls, I saw sharing as a perfect and natural arrangement two bedrooms two in each. They dreamed of the day when they would have a bedroom to call their own If I had my own room I could listen to my favorite music all night. If I had my own room I could read mysteries all night. I want my own room so I can have the closet to myself. I want my own room so I can have privacy when my friends come over. So when we decided to build a house, of course, their #1 request was for individual bedrooms. I didnt make any promises, but secretly thought it would make for smoother family life if the house we built had enough bedrooms for each child. There would be no more arguing about who was the Messy One. I would hear no more shouts to Turn off the light! or threats against those crossing the line marking . . . my side of the room! I would no longer have to stand at the bottom of the stairs and yell for everyone to BE QUIET and GO TO SLEEP! When we finalized the house plans, there were enough bedrooms to eliminate sharing. Throughout construction our children talked endlessly about the possibilities and how once and for all it would finally be proven that She was the Messy One--not me! The first thing I noticed after moving into our new home was that the messiness was evenly distributed. Then, I noticed that the boys, whose bedrooms faced each other, kept their doors open all night so they could talk to each other. After we had been in our home several days I went to kiss the girls goodnight. Our oldest daughter wasnt in her room. When I looked in our youngest daughters bedroom I found them both settled in there together on the bed. What are you guys doing? Giggling, they answered, Were having a sleep-over! They have since had many such sleep-overs. Weve been in our home several years now and I had forgotten all this until yesterday when my daughter and I were hiking and talking. She said she was glad that she and her sister are such good friends. I wondered how that came to be, because I remembered some of their battles with each other. She answered, I think its because we shared a bedroom all those years. We would argue during the day, but once we were in bed with the lights out, we told stories and laughed and talked about our day and the people we knew. We gave each other back rubs and foot rubs. She concluded, I think it was during those times that we really bonded. I wish now that I could go back to those days in our smaller home and change my call from the bottom of the stairs to, Talk, laugh--dont worry about sleep! You will cherish this friendship the rest of your life. See Celebrating Motherhood for helps in building strong mother and child bonds & attachment as well as other parenting tips and encouragement.

Does Online Dating Really Work?
by siew nikolopoulos - Sunday, 23 December 2007, 11:34 AM
Anyone in the world

By Adrian Knight Online Dating is the biggest and best product to come out of the Internetever! There are millions of members worldwide and thousands more singles are signing up on a daily basis! But does this show that Dating Online really works? Ok, so with millions of members worldwide your initial impression is that Online Dating Must work, other wise why would there be so many single men and women joining? And I would have to agree, that Dating Online does work, but theres a catch (as always!) The easiest way to explain (and most enjoyable), is to compare Online Dating Sites to buying a house (bear with me.) When buying a house, you dont settle for the first house that you see, you have a look around inside, you see what the house offers you, you weigh the pros and cons of the house and then you make the decision on whether this house is right for you! Not, any one else, but you. After all, youre the one buying it. And nothing is more irritating than the little sleazy estate agent trying to encourage you to buy, am I right? Well, Dating sites are the same. There are different dating sites to suit different needs, after all not everyone are the same. There are dating sites for Single men and women, Gay Singles, Jewish Singles, Christian Singles, people looking for fun (if you no what I mean), people looking for that perfect match. You name it and I bet theirs a dating site for it. And each dating site owner is the sleazy estate agent trying to encourage you to buy! But the trick is. The trick to getting the most out of these sites is to know what your looking for, and then look at what each site in that category offers you. I mean why bother joining a Jewish Dating site if youre catholic? Why join a matchmaking site if youre just after a bit of fun? This all seems quite obvious but you would be surprised how many singles fall into this trap and thats why a lot of single men and women arent successful! Right, so now you know the key to Internet Dating, but what should you be looking for from a dating site? Well to start with, would you give your details to any stranger? Im sure not, so why start now. There is some Internet sites that I would personally never give my name too, let alone my personal details! Would you feel a bit uneasy going out on a date with someone and not knowing his or her full background? Do they have a history that they dont want to share and if so then why dont they want you to know? Im not trying to scare you (Im a very strong believer in Internet Dating and have been doing it for years!) but getting these little details right will ensure that you get the most enjoyable, successful time out of Online Dating! In fact, my favourite site (http://www.truedating.biz) covers all these points. They do criminal background checks on all singles joining! Most importantly I just felt so safe when using this dating site, it made my dating experience ten times more enjoyable! But I Digress. Overall, Internet Dating is brilliant! Its bought literally millions of singles across the globe closer and given much happiness to peoples lives. And knowing the basics and essentials as described in this article will provide you with every bit of knowledge you need to get going and to meet all those sexy singles that are just waiting for a reply! The History of the Tomato
by siew nikolopoulos - Saturday, 22 December 2007, 08:54 PM
Anyone in the world

By Barbara Johnston Tomato history has had its origins traced back to the Aztecs around 700AD, therefore it is believed it is native to the Americas. The word tomato comes from a word in the Nahuatl language, tomatl. The specific name, lycopersicum means "wolf-peach" (compare the related species, S. lycocarpum, whose scientific name means "wolf-fruit", common name "wolf-apple.") During the 16th Century Europeans were introduced to this fruit as explorers traveled and discovered new lands. The tomato was quickly accepted throughout Southern European kitchens, yet as it moved further northwards in Europe it found more resistance. Tomato history in Britain The tomato plant was not grown in England until the 1590s. One of the earliest cultivators was John Gerard, a barber-surgeon. Gerard's Herbal, published in 1597, it is also one of the earliest discussions of the tomato in England. Gerard knew that the tomato was eaten in both Spain and Italy. Nonetheless, he believed that it was poisonous (tomato leaves and stems contain poisonous glycoalkaloids, but the fruit is safe). Gerard's views were influential, and the tomato was considered unfit for eating (though not necessarily poisonous) for many years in Britain and its North American colonies. By the mid 1700s, however, tomatoes were being widely eaten in Britain, and before the end of that century the Encyclopdia Britannica stated that the tomato was "in daily use" in soups, broths, and as a garnish. Tomatoes were originally known as 'Love Apples', possibly based on a mistranslation of the Italian name pomo d'oro (golden apple) as pomo d'amore. http://www.all-about-tomatoes.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Barbara_Johnston http://EzineArticles.com/?The-History-of-the-Tomato&id=372326 no prescription 180 ultram discount ultram prescription buy link onlinejixxde tramadol safe tramadol american pharmacy online

Candida Overgrowth Syndrome
by siew nikolopoulos - Friday, 21 December 2007, 02:26 PM
Anyone in the world

By Dr. David Enders Candida albicans (and other strains of Candida) normally inhabit our digestive system and genitourinary tract. A healthy person will have millions of Candida, which actually helps protect our gastrointestinal tract against many pathogenic bacteria. Our immune system normally keeps the Candida growth under control and in balance with the friendly flora. Antibiotics, birth control pills, diet high in sugar; environmental toxins may cause a decrease in the friendly flora, resulting in a Candida overgrowth. Cnadida albicans will then mutate from the yeast to the mycelial fungal form and start to invade the body. The fungal state can produce rhizoids (tentacle-like structures). Rhizoids can penetrate intestinal walls causing microscopic holes, allowing bacteria, toxins, and micro-food particles to enter directly into the blood stream. Because of its many and varied symptoms, this disorder is often misdiagnosed. Both men and women can be affected, but it is rarely transmitted sexually. Candida albicans is the most frequently isolated fungal pathogen of humans. Many chronic health problems are related to Candida overgrowth. These include, but are not limited to: Genitourinary problems
Fibromyalgia
Digestive disorders
PMS
Muscle pain
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Psoriasis
Leaky gut
Food intolerance
Asthma
Multiple Sclerosis
Allergies
Sexual dysfunction THE SPIT TEST Want to know if you may have a Candia overgrowth problem? The spit test is an easy and economical way to see if you may have a yeast overgrowth problem. First thing in the morning, before you do anything, or put anything into your mouth. Work up some saliva and spit it into a glass of water. Check every fifteen minutes for up to one hour. What to look for: Look into the glass. If you see tentacles hanging down from your saliva, suspended cloudy specks, or your saliva sinks to the bottom of the glass you may have a Candida problem. If you have not seen any of the above after one hour, you probably do not have a yeast problem. The saliva test is a guideline. Always consult with your doctor if you suspect any health concern. The best defense is a strong, properly working immune system. If you would like a copy of Immune Building Protocol e-mail Dr. Enders at dr.dkenders@sbcglobal.net. Please put Candida in subject line. The World of Online Dating Services
by siew nikolopoulos - Thursday, 20 December 2007, 11:08 AM
Anyone in the world

By George Wood Have you ever imagined that date of your life where you dont have to wear fancy clothes, splash yourself with perfume or cologne, primp yourself with makeup, and most of all fidget because your date may not like you? If you are looking for that kind of date, well, online dating may just be the solution to that. All you need is you computer, an Internet connection, a few clicks of your mouse and keyboard, and you will be on this world of online dating. Nowadays, many rely on online dating as a means of finding their would-be girlfriend or boyfriend that could eventually lead to finding their partner in life. Many years back, online dating is not that popular since only a few has access of the Internet and many has the wrong connotation of online dating as the place or means where people can go when they cant get laid or when they want to do freaky and nasty stuff. It is true that a lot of people used to raise their eyebrows when they learned that two people met through online dating, fell in love, have a relationship after meeting, and eventually get married. But now, the world of online dating has changed a lot. It has now become a world where fantasy mixes with reality; a world where love, romance, and friendship can be transported right into your home. Online dating is the cultural norm, and has even become practical choice over the traditional dating scene. Finding a partner is not easy and through online dating, you can have options to find the right match for you. Many have found that online dating might just be the perfect way to meet that special someone. You can now meet and fall in love with someone before even looking into their eyes or giving them a kiss or a hug. By just one search, you can now have dozens or even hundreds of options from singles' profiles that flash across your screen. Upon picking your choice, you can now start to have a conversation or just through exchange of emails to get to know the person. Through online dating, people routinely develop online friendships with men and women who live halfway across the world. And some of these friendships even lead to committed and monogamous relationships where one or both of the individuals relocate to another city, state, or country. Online dating has many advantages over the traditional dating method. It is like a bridge that connects two people together. It is the mainstream. Dating tends to be difficult for just about everyone. And often the hardest part is to meet someone who has same interest with you, catch your attention, you feel comfortable talking with, and most of all you have that chemistry that you dont share with anybody else. With online dating, you can have lots of options. The choices are in front of you and all you need is a little self-confidence to be yourself so as to get to know the person better if you are compatible with him/her or not. For those who dislike the club scene, online dating is a more recommended avenue to find that match for you. It is a more private place where you can chat and talk about anything rather than to be talking with your loud voice just to hear each other. In online dating, introduction is easy. You dont have to gather the courage to walk up and introduce yourself to someone. By simply saying hi through instant messenger or just a short note on email, you can make a contact. If the person is interested, he or she can respond. If he is not interested, he can either send a polite sorry, not interested or just choose not to respond at all. You can see that in online dating, the risk, and the pain are minimal compared when you are rejected personally. The world of online dating has indeed evolved and making its way through connecting millions of people worldwide who are in search of love, romance, and friendship. Online dating can be safe, fun, and easy. Just be yourself and be confident. Anyway, you only have your inhibitions to lose. The Combined Benefits of Diet and Exercise
by siew nikolopoulos - Wednesday, 19 December 2007, 09:54 AM
Anyone in the world

By Cyndi Schoenhals Diet and exercise go hand-in-hand when youre trying to lose weight. (By diet, I dont mean that you need to starve yourself or follow some fly-by-night fad diet. I simply mean that you should eat smaller portions, and your meals should be balanced, consisting of healthy foods from every food group.) You may try only cutting down on all the high-calorie foods and skip the exercise. You may cut down on your portion sizes. And, the weight will eventually come off. However, if you also include exercise in your weight loss program, youll discover that not only will the weight come off, but your metabolism will improve, your fat will be replaced by lean, muscle tissue (rather than loose, jiggly flab), youll feel more energetic and mentally alert, and youll be better able to keep the fat off. The human body was created to be active. It wasnt meant to live a sedentary lifestyle. Unless your health prohibits you from getting some sort of exercise each day, you should make an attempt to focus on the amount of physical activity you engage in. After all, most Americans dont get nearly enough physical exercise during the course of a day! Were all too busy sitting at our desks or in front of our televisions. By the same token, if youre like the average American, who thrives on fast food or other high-fat, high-calorie meals, a change in eating habits is advised. You can still enjoy eating! But, if youre serious about losing those extra pounds and keeping them off, youre going to have to replace the greasy french fries with some healthy, fresh veggies. Instead of that 44 ounce Coke, drink more water. Try to include more fish in your diet, rather than a big, fat hamburger. Youll be surprised at how much better you look and feel, when you replace those heart-clogging, fat-producing calories with healthier food choices. And, dont skip meals! If you regularly skip meals, your metabolism is going to slow down, youll feel sluggish, and your body is going to hang onto those extra pounds as protection against starvation. By eating regularly, your metabolism works better, and youre better able to lose weight! Yes, diet and exercise are important ingredients for successful weight loss! You dont have to be miserable in the process of losing weight. Just remember the following points, if you want to shed those pounds and keep them off: Dont starve yourself! Eat regularly to ward off hunger. Focus on eating smaller portions (perhaps several small meals each day would work best for you).
Make sure that the calories you consume are nutritious and include foods from each food group.
Find an activity or two that you enjoy, so that exercise time isnt dreaded. If you enjoy what youre doing, youll be more likely to stick with your exercise routine. A few healthy lifestyle changes can make all the difference in your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Note: Before beginning any diet or exercise program, consult your medical professional. Russian Gold-Diggers
by siew nikolopoulos - Tuesday, 18 December 2007, 07:09 PM
Anyone in the world

By John Kunkle If you find a beautiful Russian woman, who is thirty years younger than you, who tells you that she is desperately in love with you after you just met her for the first time last night, you should be a little suspicious. The overwhelming majority of Russian women seeking husbands abroad are honest in their intentions. They want to have a reliable partner, happy family life, and a stable future. They are not going to marry a man just to divorce him in a couple of years after they get to where they want to go. However, you must be aware that there are a few barracudas out there who are willing to take advantage of your sincerity. To avoid an unhappy experience, use your common sense. For some reason, some men who are shrewd in business, enough to amass a small fortune, seem to check their brain at the hatcheck counter when they come to Russia. Men are always shocked when a gold-digger takes advantage of them. A close examination of their behavior frequently yields the following observations: They often act like big shots, throwing money around, dating women thirty years younger, bragging about their accomplishments to impress the women they meet. They are like peacocks that try to display their plumage in order to attract a mate. When they meet a gold-digger, they are surprised, even though money is exactly what they were advertising. Then they act victimized by the innocent looking girl who took advantage of their offer. All men are guilty of this at times. As the old saying goes, hockey players and chess players dont hang out together. There are all kinds of people that are out there in the dating world. There are women that are jerks and there are men that are jerks. I have heard stories of men who are addicted to the tours because of the gigantic ego stroke it gives them. They take advantage of the ten to one ratio of single women to single men at the social to bolster their self-image. They like to feel superior to the local population of Russians because of their relative economic superiority. They brag about themselves and throw money around to impress others because of their low self-esteem. They toy with womens hopes and aspirations to get married without being really serious about commitment. They pick the most gorgeous runway model they can find to parade as a trophy wife, or arm candy, in front of their friends. A guy like that probably deserves a gold digger a woman who is his moral or spiritual counterpart. Elena Petrova tell this story: A professor from an American university told me that he met a couple of men on board a plane to Russia who flew there for a "marriage tour". He characterized them as "bad". He said they were arrogant, obviously had problems with health, and were drinking too much. One of them complained that he was previously married to a Russian woman but she left him a year after the marriage. The professor said he felt sorry - for the woman -- because she had stayed with this man for the whole year. He said that he would have run away from him in a couple of days if he was her. And this guy was intending to find another lady for marriage in Russia - again, twenty to thirty years younger. The other male specimen who gets taken advantage of by gold-diggers is the ones that literally are mentally or socially challenged. They either dont have a brain, or dont use it, or they are three nuts short of a candy bar. John has been married to a Russian woman for over five years.
